Terms of Use

Last updated: August 16, 2026

By downloading or using FitShare, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

FitShare reads workout data from Apple Health (with your permission) to build a fitness journal and story cards, and lets you export those stories as images through the system share sheet. The app currently does not require an account or provide an online service for storing your fitness data.

2. Health data

The app reads the data described in the Privacy Policy — never writes to Health, never uploads your data. You may revoke access at any time in your device's Health settings.

3. FitShare Pro

FitShare Pro is a one-time in-app purchase — it is not a subscription. The purchase is processed by Apple's App Store; refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store refund policy. If you bought Pro on a previous device or version, you can restore it with the Restore Purchase button in the app. Availability of purchase restoration and Family Sharing depends on Apple's App Store policies.

4. Acceptable use

You may use FitShare for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the app to misrepresent facts (for example, fabricating workout results), or to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.

5. Your content

Story images you create belong to you and are shared only through your own actions. The "FitShare" name, logo, and template designs remain our property.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that exported images are suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitShare's total liability arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount paid by you for FitShare Pro, if applicable.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and FitShare, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for FitShare. Any claims relating to FitShare should be directed to FitShare, not Apple.
